ORDER

After making some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the bundle, which is as follows:

"The Registrar has subsequently recommended the case of the petitioner and the petitioner has also filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.16218 of 2020 and so this writ petition may be closed as withdrawn." 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
