4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side)appearing for the respondent that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9670 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11551 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
