For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the conditions imposed on the Petitioner regarding to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- as demand draft in favour of Manimegalai and to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- as demand draft in favour of Nirmaladevi to relax the amount totally in Crl.O.P.No.19032/2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.19032 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had serious set back in his business therefore, he is not in a position to mobilise the amount indicated by him in the earlier order dated 19.12.2019.

3.I find the said request to be reasonable. Therefore, the amount of Rs.7,500/- is reduced to Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only)(in other words, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.736 of 2020 in all) and the time for executing sureties is extended by two more weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. 4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the victim has been erroneously named as 'Nirmala Devi' and it should be read as 'Neela Devi'.

6.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the order.
