ORDER:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.Vijayashanthi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.J.Ashok, Additional Government Pleader for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:- This is the petition to extend the time for disposal of S.A.No.204 of 2010 pending on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

Considering the totality, the time limit prescribed by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2021 recorded on W.P.(MD) No.22284 of 2021 (for disposal of S.A.No.204 of 2010) is extended till 30.04.2022.
