Seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to to complete the enquiry within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register F.I.R, if cognizable offence is made out in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
