RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Numgampakkam police station daily at 07.00 p.m., instead of respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 16493 of 2017 dated on 05.12.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SAMIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the (i) condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16493 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Joint Director in Educational Department, Chennai and hence, it is difficult to appear before the respondent Police Station because it is far away from his working place.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition is imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16493 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sub Inspector of Police, Numgampakkam Police Station, Chennai daily at 7.00 P.M., until further orders. sd/- 25/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
