Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.156/2024/EvaA-1 dated 17.12.2024 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue a No Objection Certificate for the establishment of the MS/HSD retail outlet in Survey No. 23/3A, 494/4 and 562 situated at Ramanathapuram Principal Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the application made by the 4th respondent Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd within time stipulated by this Court.
