PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents police to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's daughter of the detenue namely Hema, D/o.Jesuraj, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter, the detenue, namely, Hema, D/o.Jesuraj, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint for girl missing and the same was registered in Crime No.7 of 2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending this petition, the second respondent secured the detenue and handed over her to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
