COMPLAINANT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3381/2019 dated 05/03/2019 in Crime No.15/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3381 of 2019 on 05.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3381 of 2019 on 05.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3381 of 2019 on 05.03.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
