The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.30 of 2020 dated 07.01.2020 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil with regard to staying at Karur, appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
