Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 10.12.2013 passed in M.C.O.P.No.70 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Sub Court, Aruppukottai. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above appeal.

Delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as cost, to M/s.Arputham Trust, OLR Home for the Differently abled Children, No.2/484, Stella Nagar, Vandiyur, Madurai-20, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
