O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her workers based on her representation dated 02.07.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the records available.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the third respondent has given a submission, stating that he would not harassed and cause any threat to the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the petition has been closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the second respondent, if there is a continued threat. If such a request is made by the petitioner, and if it is found that there is a threat exists from the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
