RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.3704 of 2019 dated 11.03.2019 forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3704 of 2019 on 11.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3704 of 2019 on 11.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner, which is heinous in nature and the investigation is not yet to be completed. Hence, he vehemently, opposed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.OP.(MD)No.3704 of 2019 on 11.03.2019.
