This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.287 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on instruction, would submit that enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.287 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
