Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AMALAN.S.MP, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13936 of 2020 on 03.12.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
