PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide Ni.Mu.No.K2/10388/2024, dated 19.11.2025 and quash the same and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to enter the petitioner's name as Pattadar for an extent of 2.74.50 hecs. in S.No.200/4 in Panayur Revenue Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District.
