SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition totally imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7176 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8756 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition monthly twice. 4.The submission made by the learned counsel on either side are considered.
5.As per the order dated 04.09.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7176 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8756 of 2017, the petitioner has not deposited a sum of Rs.500/- before the Legal Service Committee attached to this Bench. So without complying with the condition as directed by this Court, this petition was filed by the petitioner to relax the condition totally.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the direction is not complied with by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
