Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 816 days in filing CMA(MD)SR53374 of 2014 against the award dated 30.04.2012 passed in MCOP NO.131 of 2009 by the learned 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil cum Motor Accident Claims Tribunal pending disposal of the main appeal. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MURUGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above appeal.
