Seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue directions to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the vexatious complaint given by Muthupandiyammal @ Puviyarasi which is purely civil in nature considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall not be harassed by the respondents.
