ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 718 days in representing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 718 days in representing the above appeal, is condoned, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Savings Bank Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai Bench of Madras High court Premises, Madurai -625 023, operated by the Registrar [Administration], Madurai Bench of Madras High court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai-625 023, for the purpose of removal of Seemai Karuvelam Trees, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
