RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., Monday and Friday by means of order dated 09.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 10165 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12007 of 2017 on the file of this Honourable Court in connection with Crime No. 447/2017 on the file of the inspector of police, Kenikkarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.

SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12007 of 2017, dated 12.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court on 12.09.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12007 of 2017 was relaxed by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10165 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12007 of 2017 and the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, hence, the modified condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10165 of 2017 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.12007 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first working day and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
