This transfer petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the case in E.A.No.165 of 2018 in E.P.No. 467 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.112 of 2017 and suits in O.S.Nos.199 of 2018 and O.S.No.2 of 2020 pending on the file of I Additional District Judge, Madurai.

The learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.88/2026 dated 27.01.2026, requesting an extension of time to dispose the case in E.A.No.165 of 2018 in E.P.No.467 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.112 of 2017 and suits in O.S.Nos.199 of 2018 and O.S.No.2 of 2020, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 28.03.2023 in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.32 of 2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in E.A.No.165 of 2018 in E.P.No.467 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.112 of 2017 and suits in O.S.Nos.199 of 2018 and O.S.No.2 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
