ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the HMOP.Nos.247 of 2022 and 130 of 2023, pending on his file, at the earlier date.

2.This Court, vide order dated 03.02.2026 had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.308/2026, dated 16.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2022 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 2945 and the pendency of the HMOP cases in the year 2022 and 2023 is 95.

3.Since the present cases are of the years 2022 and 2023, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.Nos.247 of 2022 and 130 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
