ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the third respondent Police to register a case on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2013 and to take appropriate action against the accused person within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that a case in Cr.No.5 of 2014 has been registered based on the complaint given by the Petitioner.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
