ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to the second respondent to further investigatate the case in Crime No.942 of 2020 of Thiruvonam Police Station, Thanjavur District.

Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Thiruvonam Police Station, after concluding the investigation, laid a Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) before the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, after giving notice to the defacto complainant.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1338 of 2021 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) filed by the second respondent, he can approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate and file a protest petition, if so advised.
