2. This Court has imposed certain conditions restraining the petitioner from entering the defacto complainant's village. Today, the petitioner seeks relaxation of the said conditions in their entirety.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.20214 of 2025, dated 17.12.2025, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12986 of 2025, dated 10.10.2025, is fully relaxed. However, if there is any allegation that the petitioner has indulged in any activity against the defacto complainant, the relaxation of the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled.
