ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner passed the Teachers Eligibility Test examination in the year 2017 and became qualified for the regular appointment to the post of teacher. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had passed the requisite examination, she is entitled to be considered for all other benefits.

2. The above factum may be verified by the competent authorities and necessary actions to be taken. With these observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
