ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2015 and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) on instructions would submit that no petition is received by the second respondent police.

3.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 23.07.2015, along with a copy of the complaint, dated 01.06.2015. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
