ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(4) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957, in Crime No.924 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner had earlier moved the anticipatory bail before this Court on 08.12.2020 and the same was dismissed. This is the second application for anticipatory bail.

4.Since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
