ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in Crl.M.P.No.5298 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the domestic violence complaint has been filed, in which, the nonbailable warrant issued against the first respondent. Even after receipt of the complaint, the second respondent did not execute the non-bailable warrant.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the second respondent would submit that the non-bailable warrant is still pending before the second respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deem fit to direct the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in Crl.M.P.5298 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
