ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Theni, in M.C.No.41 of 2020, dated 17.11.2022, granting maintenance.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the petitioner has filed an appeal in C.M.A(MD)No.478 of 2023, challenging the dismissal of divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2020 and during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have entered into compromise and as per compromise, the marriage between the petitioner and the first respondent was dissolved, recording the payment of Rs.30 lakhs made by the petitioner to the respondents towards full and final settlement of all the claims. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced the order copy of C.M.A(MD)No.478 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel on either side would submit that since both parties have entered into compromise, the Criminal Revision Case may be closed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 05.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das To 1.The Judge, Family Court, Theni.
