Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.86 of 2018 dated 10.01.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16741 of 2017, dated 06.12.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and charge sheet is not yet filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (MD).No.86 of 2018 dated 10.01.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16741 of
