O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to file final report as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the F.I.R. has been closed as mistake of fact and Referred Charge Sheet notice has been served to the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition in accordance with law.
