CRIME NO.1251/2017 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 17170 of 2017, dated 13.12.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GANAPATHY SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17170 of 2017, dated 13.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition without any deviation. Further submitted that the charge sheet has not been filed in this case. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., is fully relaxed.
