ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the warrant and secure the third respondent to produce before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in C.C.No.620 of 2016 dated 27.02.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act in C.C.No.620 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and summons were issued to the third respondent.

3. On receipt of the summons, the third respondent did not appear before the Trial Court and as such, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul issued bailable warrant as against the third respondent and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant pending as against the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

issued in C.C.No.620 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in manner known to law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is also made clear that the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the second respondent to furnish the correct address of the third respondent to execute the bailable warrant.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
