SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15702 of 2017, dated 29.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is still pending, further submitted by the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 07.12.2017 to till date. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 07.12.2017 to till date further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

Hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15702 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
