ORDER

The order impugned in this writ petition is a patta, which has been challenged on the ground that the name of the fourth respondent herein has been added without issuing any notice to the petitioner. 2.An appeal remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer is available to the petitioner and therefore, he is relegated to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, who shall on receipt of the appeal dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the appeal after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein. 3.In terms of the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
