RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4353/2019 dated 25/03/2019 in so far as the deposit of a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and reduce the same as Rs.5,00,000/- and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 4353 of 2019.

2.While granting anticipatory bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit in crime number. Now he seeks for modification.

3. Contrary to his stand, has filed a modification petition, hence filing the modification petition does not arise.

4. Hence the modification petition is dismissed, however time is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically. sd/- 22/04/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
