O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to grant patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the agricultural land S.No.331/1B1, to an extent of 4 Acres and 82 1/2 cents (1.95.50 Hectares), at Agamalai Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District and consequently, direct the first respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner, dated 03.12.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that the writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus without a representation sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit a representation to the respondents and thereafter to approach this Court, if no action was taken on the representation. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents and thereafter, approach this Court for appropriate relief, if no action is taken on the representation. No costs.
