This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.495 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the records available.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.495 of 2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
