2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 03.11.2017 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.9910 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2017 in Crl OP(MD)No.11170 of 2017 is modified to the effect that
