ORDER

The Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail imposed the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit cash surety of Rs.25,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate in the account of the crime number. This condition has been challenged in the present petition.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the manner in which the entire incident had taken place and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has suffered incarceration from 06.11.2022, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, condition (ii) is hereby relaxed and other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stands as it is.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
