The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the respondent Corporation for removal of a petty shop.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions, submits that the shop has been removed three years back and nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The same is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
