ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Transport Corporation submitted a letter dated 09.08.2019 addressed to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation stating that gratuity and other terminal benefits were already settled in favour of the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner has also acknowledged the same. However, interest for the leave salary alone is to be paid and in this regard, the respondent is directed to pay interest on leave salary, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
