contemnor/ second respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22688 of 2021. Prayer in WP(MD). 22688 of 2021 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 2nd respondent to accommodate the petitioner as Block Resource Teacher Educator in any of the nearest vacancy available in and around the Madurai or Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.11.2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Sub Application Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Gnanagrunathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.. G.V.Vairam Santhosh, Addititional Government Pleader, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
"This application is filed to re-open the contempt petition No.1175 of 2022 which was closed on 22.09.2022 and proceed with the contempt proceedings against the contemnor for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.01.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.22688 of 2021.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is reported that the order of this Court dated 05.01.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.22688 of 2021 has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, there is no necessity to re-open the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Sub Application is closed."
