ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in IDOP.No.101 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the IDOP.No.101 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. The Principal District Court, Pudukkottai is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. Thereafter, the Family Court,

Trichy is directed to dispose of the said IDOP as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of the records. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
