ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the objection of the writ petitioner and to remove the cell phone tower that was erected unauthorisely on the petitioner's land.

2. According to the petitioner, after filing of the writ petition, the tower has been dismantled.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondents contended that no tower was ever erected in the disputed survey number. The above said facts are recorded. No further orders are required in the writ petition. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 30.08.2022 Index :
