The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in connection with the Crime No.46 of 2015, under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is a driver of a bus and he is merely called for enquiry, in pursuant to the accident said to have been taken place and no such harassment has been made against him.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed under the guise of enquiry.
