RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 17084/2017 dated 12.12.2017 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17084 of 2017, dated 12.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.12.2017 to till date. According to him, charge sheet not filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2017, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 17084 of 2017 is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
