police to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rathapuram, in Crime No.602 of 2024, dated 20.10.2024, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case in Crime No.602 of 2024 was registered on 20.10.2024. However, no action has been taken thereafter. The petitioner apprehends that one of the accused is planning to go abroad.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, in this case, the FIR has been registered, five witnesses have been examined, documents have been collected, and the investigation will be completed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the above undertakings, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
